[rt-users] new address added in cc list when the issue is still open?

I have a query regarding as below:

 

If a new address added in the 'CC' list in the email correspondence by the
client or owner while the issue is still open, gets added in the RT system
in its 'CC' list for future correspondence. Can any one help on this issue?
