[rt-users] include cc list from email into RT cc list

When a user submits a ticket to RT, he/she also sends the email as cc to
others (MS Exchange), if so can RT be configured such that the cc list
in the email is caputred by RT and is included in the cc list of the
ticket?
I'm using RT 3.6.4.
