[rt-users] Permissions question

Quick perms question. 
I have a group of users that I would like to restrict the tickets that they can see to tickets they are listed as an admincc on. Thus they would get a limited view of the queue. Based on my testing this doesn't seem possible, but I thought I would at least pose the question.
