[rt-users] Hide custom field in create.html

I'm using RT 3.6.1, and need to hide a particular custom field from the ticket creation process.  This field is still needed by all users, so I can't use the 'see custom field' permission - otherwise users won't be able to see it in the ticket display.  

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
