[rt-users] FW: RT Create Ticket display screen

	I'm definitely gonna give this a try. I assume I can create a copy in 
my "local" directory and make the changes there. I'll let you know how 
it works. Too bad there isn't a way to prioritized the CF's displayed as 
well. But THANKS!
