[rt-users] Changing Password for user

Well the job is done !!!!!!! Thanks.

As a superuser one can perform it.

By enabling "ModifySelf" option, along with the right to change the
password, the user gets added rights too( Search Options, Creating Personal
groups, RT at a glance).
