Thanks. Do you know when 3.8.2 will be released?

I meant adding the WYSIWYG into RTFM, rather than just having WIKI text
or plain text.

There are a bunch of fixes to this that will be in 3.8.2

Support in what way?
RTFM can insert content into the WYSIWYG editor while replying to or  
creating a ticket.
