[rt-users] Trouble adding RTx-Tags-0.14 to RT 3.8.1

I extracted the tarball to /usr/local/rt3/local/plugins/, but the actual
directory for the file is
/usr/local/rt3/local/plugins/RTx-Tags-0.14/lib/RTx/
