[rt-users] How to change display columns for "highest prioirty tickets I own"

What version of RT?
In 3.8 there is a place under Configuration->Global to edit RT at a
Glance for all users on the system. This would replace the default, but
still allow those users with the relevant permissions to customize their
own.
