[rt-users] full name in recipient address?

 Hello,
RT sends emails only to user at domain, while almost everyone uses "first last"
<user at domain>, and replying with the full name would look a lot nicer. Is
this possible using the current template variables?
Also, auto-completion starting from name not just e-mail in the "one-time
cc:" field would be very good to have, is it interesting enough to submit a
bug report for it?
