[rt-users] FW: Creation of Child Tickets using templates :Error

Have a closer look onto your template:

===Create-Ticket: Child

 Subject: {$Tickets{'TOP'}->Subject} - Child
 Status:new  Parents:TOP
 Type:ticket
 Refers-To: {$Tickets{'TOP'}->Id()}
 Content: This is a child ticket
 Queue: 20

 ENDOFCONTENT

You open the content part and inside this you post the queue where the
ticket should be created, this can be a possible error. try this:

===Create-Ticket: Child

Subject: {$Tickets{'TOP'}->Subject} - Child
Queue: 20
Status: new
Parents: TOP
Type: ticket
Refers-To: {$Tickets{'TOP'}->Id()}
Content: This is a child ticket
