Logged in as root, when I click on the "Edit" tab for "Quick Search",
every queue is checked, including "Personal To-do".
Logged in as an ordinary user, when I click on the "Edit" tab for
"Quick Search", every queue is checked -- but not all queues show up;
"Personal To-do" is not there.
