I've installed and configured RT::Authen::ExternalAuth for LDAP support but it does not appear to be querying our LDAP server. I tried setting LogToSyslog to 'debug' in RT_SiteConfig.pm but I'm not seeing anything related to ExternalAuth in the log. Any ideas on how to start troubleshooting? Thanks- Lee
