[rt-users] RT Correspondence To Address

I would like to know if there is a way to make the To and CC be used 
rather than Bcc. Spam filters don't like emails with out "To:".

I do see that there is a work around to include a default To address but 
this seems like a bad solution. I would much rather just have the people 
included in the email have their address in the To field.
