Hi guys,
In the process of setting up RT and am trying to access the web interface.
In the apache error log I see:
[Tue May 18 11:00:14 2010] [error]: The RTAddressRegexp option is not set
in the config. Not setting this option results in additional SQL queries
to check whether each address belongs to RT or not. It is especially
important to set this option if RT recieves emails on addresses that are
not in the database or config. (/opt/rt3/bin/../lib/RT/Config.pm:343)

I have set the Mason component path in the apache configuration file with
:
LoadModule perl_module /usr/lib/httpd/modules/mod_perl.so
PerlModule HTML::Mason::ApacheHandler
PerlSetVar MasonCompRoot /opt/rt3/share/html
PerlSetVar MasonDataDir /opt/rt3/var/mason_data
I have also tried setting these in the RT Site config.pm file but there
was no change in the error messages displayed.
Help please :)
Regards,
Paul
