[rt-users] "On Create Auto Respond" selectively?

When using RT 3.8.8, is it possible to have a scrip which will auto respond to the requestor only if the requestor is from a certain domain?

ie: only send an Auto Respond (new ticket created) if the requestor is from foo.com?
