Hi Justin, I've recently been using siege to bash on RT, and have been testing the following two settings in our RT_SiteConfig.pm Set($UseSQLForACLChecks, 1); Set($WebExternalAuthContinuous, 0); The combined effect has been a serious reduction in rendering speed in general, and particularly so for long tickets.
