[rt-users] RT could not load a valid user

Hello Kenneth, and thanx for all your answers :).

This morning i have try to set "Set($AutoCreate, {Privileged => 0});" but it
seems not working :

- That is what i have in my rt log :

- i have receive this mail (on rt Owner Emailadress)  :

You might need to grant 'Everyone' the right 'CreateTicket' for the queue
Support_B2C.

In the log we can read : *Could not set user info * do you thnk that can be
the source of the problem ?
