[rt-users] Parse email address from message

Hi,

I'm using rt-mailgate to download emails and then create tickets with them.

On the first line of the message on the email I have the email address of the requestor, but by default when rt-mailgate creates the ticket, uses the FROM as requestor.

Is it possible to have a scrip On Create that parses the email address (which is always on the first line of the message) and set it as "Requestor"?
