I think I didn't understand exactly, RT sends two messages or you got one from RT and another copy exactly?

This Scrip "On Create Autoreply To Requestors"  send the first one about the ticket creation (have ticket nr.) maybe you have another Scrip.
 Look at Scrips with condition "On Create".

Check if the second mail isn't any Cc or Bcc your mail client is redirecting or sending.

Hello,

I wonder how to stop RT from sending out two emails?
I get one confirmation message that you have this ticket nr and so on and that's ok but one do also get a message that showing me what I wrote. Can I turn that off somehow?
