[rt-users] Delete parts of a ticket ?

Good morning,

 

one of our customer sent mistakenly ~50 out-of-office-replies to one
ticket (great ...) L

 

Any idea to delete parts of a ticket ? I tried with shredder, but I
don't want to delete whole ticket ....
