[rt-users] Notify Requestor of Queue change

Hi, 
I am trying to get a script to notify the requester  when there ticket gets
moved to another queue.

Does anyone know how to do this ? 

I have setup the following script setup but it does not work 

Condition : On queue change  
Action : Auto reply to requestors
Template : My own 
Stage : Transaction create
