[rt-users] Custom fields and non privileged users

Hi,
I suspect you may need to give write access to the custom fields for
the non priviliged user,
as I've never needed to I'm not sure.
For the priviliged user you could write a scrip that checked if a
transaction is a create and status is not new then
reset status to new.
