[rt-users] Script issue

If you're the ticket owner and you're changing the status, by default, RT
will not notify you about that action.

To change that, go to the Mail section of your Preferences page and set
"Outgoing mail" to Yes.

Let us know if that doesn't give you the desired behaviour.
