[rt-users] view articles/assets in main menu

Can Articles only be viewed by Privileged Users? My current setup has my end-users using Self-Service to Create/View tickets. I am unable to see a way to enable the Articles menu to be accessible from the Self-Service portal. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Tomas,

You need to assign the ShowAssetsMenu right to the relevant user/group.
Obvoiusly I'm making the assumption that the user is a Priviledged user.
