Does any one know what is "relayed mirror source doesn't not have svm:source
at /usr/share/perl5/SVN/Mirror/Ra.pm line 108, <STDIN> line 1" means?

I have no idea why svk mirror failed afyer Joomla change it's SVN
repository. According to this page:

I just got message like "relayed mirror source doesn't not have svm:source",
what does it mean?
 
My OS is Ubuntu 6.10
My SVK ver: 1.0.8
