Hi,
I am trying to change the default correspondence template so that it references the $Ticket->Subject(), and the $Ticket->id()...
Here is the template:
Subject: Automated Response
This message has been automatically generated in response to the correspondence that you added to the
trouble ticket: "{Ticket->Subject()}", a summary of the correspondence appears below.
Palisade Systems Technical Support will be contacting you soon.
Once again, to provide additional information, please include the string: [{$rtname} #{Ticket->id}] in the subject line of all future correspondence about this issue.
Thank you,
Palisade Systems Support Team

{$Transaction->Content()}
This is what i get when i add correspondence:
This message has been automatically generated in response to the correspondence that you added to the trouble ticket: "Program fragment delivered error ``Can't locate object method "Subject" via package "Ticket" at template line 3, <STDIN> line 22.''", a summary of the correspondence appears below.
Palisade Systems Technical Support will be contacting you soon.
Once again, to provide additional information, please include the string: [Palisade Systems Support #Program fragment delivered error ``Can't locate object method "id" via package "Ticket" at template line 7, <STDIN> line 22.''] in the subject line of all future correspondence about this issue.
Thank you,
Palisade Systems Support Team

Adding more correspondence...
So... Can I not use these references in the Correspond template... I can use these in the autoreply...
Thanks,
Jamie
