[rt-users] rt-2-0-15 to rt-3.2.2 using rt2-to-rt3-1.23 fails

I have searched all the threads, and haven't found a solution.
 
Tested on 
 
Fedora core 2
Suse 8.1
 
apache_1.3.31  
mod_perl-1.29  
mod_ssl-2.8.19-1.3.31 
mysql-4.0.21  
openssl-0.9.7d  
php-4.3.8
 
Fresh install of all perl modules
 
rt-2.0-to-dumpfile works with no errors.
 
I get these errors every time, even if I create three test tickets in
rt-2-0-15 and try to export/import them.
 
Been trying to fix this for 3 days, help please.
 
 
It manages to create the original users, but I get lots of these errors,
and then it crashes with: Couldn't create ticket HASH(0x9455234).
