[rt-users] "Search" doesn't work anymore

The root user has no less rights than others, and granting all rights no resolve the problem.
The error, is that the web page is not display well and there's the sand glass of the side of the mouse pointer and the only way to resolve is to restart "httpd".
There's an error message:
"/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd: error while loading shared libraries: /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/i386-linux-thread-multi/auto/GD/GD.so: undefined symbol: gdFontGetLarge"

You should probably check through the "Configuration" - "Global" - group rights and or user rights. You may have to define privileges for the root user to do searches.
What error do you get if you login as root and try to search?

Sounds like you've installed the Statistics module. It breaks a line of code in 3.4.2 regarding the search builder interface.
