[rt-users] Scrip for Merging bounces into existing tickets added to the wiki

Otmar, this looks great -- however it doesn't seem to be working.   Is  
there any useful way to debug this?

I've confirmed that the bounce e-mails all contain the information you  
are looking for.  Nothing bad appears in rt.log
